Processing Time

Orders should take around 1-10 business days to process from after you place your order before shipping them out.

After your orders have been shipped out you will receive an automated email or notification from the system providing you with shipping details including your tracking number.

If you did not receive your tracking number or if the one you received does not work, do not worry. Contact VEVUO and we will fix it.

Unexpected Delivery Delays

In some instances due to the ongoing pandemic, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above due to the different protocols of each region or state. There external factors that may result in the shipping being delayed such as the international customs processing and holidays that we have no control of.
