Need This Gear ship worldwide and offers all clients a flat rate as we want the experience you have with us to be as upfront, smooth, and with no problems as much as possible—just the way we intend.
For customers who are NOT from the US please note that there are different customs and import policies for international orders outside of the United States and your local customs from wherever you are from can help you with any customs duties that are already outside of our control.
Standard Shipping Times
Domestic (business days):
United States: 8 – 15
International (business days):
United Kingdom: 8 – 15 days
Canada: 8 – 15 days
Australia: 8 – 15 days
Europe: 10 – 21 days
Latin America: 12 – 24 days
Other countries: 7 – 30 days
Processing Time
Orders should take around 1-10 business days to process from after you place your order before shipping them out.
After your orders have been shipped out you will receive an automated email or notification from the system providing you with shipping details including your tracking number.
If you did not receive your tracking number or if the one you received does not work, do not worry. Contact VEVUO and we will fix it.

Unexpected Delivery Delays
In some instances due to the ongoing pandemic, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above due to the different protocols of each region or state. There external factors that may result in the shipping being delayed such as the international customs processing and holidays that we have no control of. Please shoot us a message so we can assist you if your order is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
